The metal around the gemstone is plated with gold or silver colors on brass.

 It isn't 18k, 10k,14k gold filled, Sterling SILVER.

Plated products are very vulnerable to alcohol in water, sweat and cosmetics, so please do not use them when washing your hands and when you move your body violently.




In addition, the plating gradually fades due to scratches, heat, and ultraviolet rays caused by wearing, but the speed of fading is not uniform and varies depending on the conditions.

If you are allergic to metals and our plated products do not suit your skin, please refrain from using them immediately.

Basically, it will be shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS).




▼About cancellation, exchange, return




Cancellation, modification, exchange or return is not acceptable due to customer's circumstances after the order has been confirmed.

We cannot accept requests such as "I don't know if I can buy it, so I bought it twice," "I made a mistake in the number of items," or "It was different from what I imagined."

Product name, color, size and quantity before order confirmation, please reconfirm and confirm your purchase.

▼About the refuse to receive the items

We cannot accept cancellations once you have placed your order.

There are cases where the item has been delivered but cannot be received due to customer's circumstances, or that it is returned even after receiving it once.


In that case, this is a cancellation due to personal reasons, so 【Sipping fee(include shipping fee for return)】, 【Packaging materials】, 【Delivery fee】and other damages and expenses incurred by our shop will be borne by the customer, and we will charge you.


We will not accept new orders from customers who have refused to receive or returned for their own convenience.



▼About an address defect

If it is returned due to an address defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost in case of resending.

We will resend it once we receive payment and confirmation to our designated account.




▼About the defective product

We pay attention to the management and shipping of the products, but if the products we received is defective or different from the one we ordered, we will exchange it.

Also, if the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.





In that case, please contact us within 7 days of arrival (including the date of arrival) via the CONTACT page.

Please understand that we will not be able to issue a refund or reduce the price even if it is a defective product after the specified deadline.
